Seasonal Customer/Clothing Specialist
May 15-Oct. 31. at our office and warehouse, Peoria, IL. Help people buy their clothes! Part-time. Flexible hours. Check in clothes and keep our inventory straight in the warehouse, order supplies, buy trims and fabrics, fill orders for our wholesale accounts as well as prepare pallet shipments.
Skills required: Excellent telephone customer service, verbal and written skills. Competent using computer inventory software. Must be a happy person.
Road Manager
Our booth managers are dynamite, enthusiastic people with high energy level to handle sales in all kinds of weather, and when the booth gets flooded with customers when the faire is open. Must have sales experience, be a self starter, aggressive, have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Select, coach, and develop strong and effective sales associates with the same stamina.
Supervisory experience, preferably in retail or service environments.
Competencies: Strong drive for results. Action oriented, with strong executional skills. Strong skills in coaching and development. Excellent communication skills

Sales Associate
Our Sales Associates are also dynamite, enthusiastic people with high energy level to handle sales in all kinds of weather. (Remember, some faires start in 95 degree heat and end with cold days.)
Associates are personal dressers for customers who want to try on our outfits. Associates give individual attention to people, help them chose an outfit to buy, and properly consult on color and fit. Hence, you are responsible for knowing everything about our garments to better help customers.
Every customer who enters the booth is greeted. If every salesperson is busy dressing or helping another customer, try to say “Good day!” to them. Give every customer a tour of the booth. Take them from gown rack to gown rack and tell customers what they are looking at.
Remember the last time you received fantastic service at a quality department store? That's what our associates strive to do using their own style and flare.
Bonus Clothes: Managers and sales associates, who work every day of faire for a 6- or 7-week long faire without problems gets a bonus of $300 retail price of clothes. Prorate this for smaller faires. Some faires are so busy, there is an opportunity to make double pay. This is in addition to regular pay.
Enthusiasm to learn, your exuberant personality revealed during the interview process can move you up the list of waiting applicants when a position does become available.
